Will the fixed price change after the Foundation Build has started?
The price and timeline for a Foundation Build are agreed in writing before any build starts, so they are not meant to shift during the work. If you ask for something outside the agreed scope, that would be discussed and agreed separately rather than added silently.
The Data Health Check is what makes a fixed price realistic, since it uncovers the complexity in your systems before a quote is given. The written agreement sets out what will be delivered.
A delay on the client side, such as missing access or unanswered questions, can affect the timeline, which is why the sponsor, access and weekly hour are asked for at the start.
