Does Zansa work on fixed prices or hourly rates?
Zansa works on fixed prices. A Data Health Check is a fixed fee, and a Foundation Build has a fixed price and timeline agreed in writing before any build starts. The final price is a fixed quote given once Zansa understands your systems.
Fixed pricing means you know the cost up front and are not billed for time spent. The Health Check exists partly to make that possible, since it reveals the complexity before the build is quoted.
