Who owns the dashboards, code and data models Zansa builds?

The client owns everything Zansa builds, including code, data models, dashboards and documentation, from day one. The data itself sits in a cloud account owned by the client, and nothing is stored in a Zansa account, so there is no lock-in or hostage situation if the relationship ends.

Ownership from day one means you do not wait for a final payment or a handover date to hold your work. Documentation is included so another analyst or provider can understand and extend it.

This also applies if you choose not to continue with ongoing support. You keep the work and the data, and you can revoke Zansa's access whenever you choose.
