Is ongoing support required after a Zansa project, or is it optional?

Ongoing support is optional. After a Foundation Build you can choose to continue with monthly support, or you can run things yourself, since you own the code, data models, dashboards and documentation from day one. Nothing about the build depends on a support contract.

Documentation is part of what you own, so your team or another provider can pick the work up. Some clients like having a team on hand for changes, while others prefer to handle it internally.

If you are unsure which suits you, discuss it before the build ends. Support pricing is guided from R12,000 per month, with scope agreed in writing. If you want to check how this applies to your business, raise it on the free intro call.
