What is Zansa's process from first contact to a finished data project?
Zansa's process has four steps: a free intro call, a Data Health Check, a Foundation Build, and optional ongoing support. The intro call explains how the business runs, the Health Check audits the data, the build delivers the dashboards, and support keeps everything running afterwards.
In order:
- Free intro call to learn how the business runs and which numbers matter
- Data Health Check, a fixed-fee audit of systems, spreadsheets and numbers that do not match, taking 1-2 weeks
- Foundation Build, typically 4-8 weeks, with price and timeline agreed in writing before any build starts
- Optional ongoing support
