What does Zansa's manufacturing dashboard cover and what data does it need?
Zansa's manufacturing dashboards join shift sheets and ERP data at batch level to report OEE, yield and a cost-per-unit model. The input data is usually production records from the ERP or spreadsheets, plus shift sheets with downtime and scrap entries.
Zansa is a data analytics and data science team for small and mid-sized companies anywhere in the world, based in South Africa and working remotely.
The process starts with a free intro call, then a fixed-fee Data Health Check of one to two weeks to see what data exists and how reliable it is. A Foundation Build, typically four to eight weeks, follows at a fixed price and timeline agreed in writing.
Dashboards are usually in Metabase or Power BI. Data sits in a cloud account owned by the client, usually Google BigQuery, and the client owns everything built.
