How does Zansa protect personal information in the reports it builds?

Zansa minimises or de-identifies personal information for reporting, limits who has access, and logs that access. Most dashboards need totals and trends rather than names, so identifiers can often be removed or masked before the data reaches the reporting layer.

The approach follows common privacy principles: only use the data the purpose requires, and restrict who can see it.

In practice that means asking, for each report, whether a person's identity is genuinely needed. Where it is not, it is left out. Where it is, access is restricted to those who need it. Zansa is designed for privacy law including POPIA and GDPR, but this is not legal advice for your circumstances.
