How does Zansa use AI tools without exposing client data?
Zansa uses AI tools to help write code, but those tools never receive personal or client-identifiable data. Any machine learning models run inside the client's own cloud account, so data does not leave the environment the client controls. This keeps client confidentiality intact.
This separates two things: AI as a coding assistant, and models that learn from your data. The assistant works from structure and requirements, not from real customer records. Models trained on your data stay inside your account.
This matters for privacy law such as POPIA and GDPR and for client confidentiality. Clients should still ask any supplier, Zansa included, to describe this in writing in the contract.
