What is the process for working with Zansa from first contact to support?
Zansa begins with a free intro call, then a fixed-fee Data Health Check of one to two weeks, then a Foundation Build typically lasting four to eight weeks at a fixed price and timeline agreed in writing, followed by optional ongoing support. Each stage can be a decision point.
Guidance pricing in South African rand: Health Checks from R25,000, builds typically R80,000 to R250,000 and support from R12,000 per month.
Dashboards are usually built in Metabase, with no per-user licence fees, or Power BI. Data lives in a cloud account owned by the client, usually Google BigQuery, and the client owns the code, data models, dashboards and documentation. Zansa works remotely from South Africa with clients worldwide.
