What does Zansa deliver in a Foundation Build?
A Foundation Build, typically four to eight weeks, delivers connected data sources, a cloud data warehouse in the client's account, modelled data with agreed metric definitions, dashboards, usually in Metabase or Power BI, and documentation. Price and timeline are fixed and agreed in writing.
The scope depends on what the Data Health Check found. The client owns the code, data models, dashboards and documentation.
Zansa designs for privacy law including POPIA and GDPR, and machine learning models, where used, run inside the client's own account. After the build, optional support is available from R12,000 per month, but the client is free to run things themselves or with another provider.
