What are unbilled loads and how do I find them?

Unbilled loads are deliveries that have been completed but not yet invoiced. Find them by comparing completed trips or proof-of-delivery records against invoices issued, and listing every trip that has no matching invoice line.

It matters because every unbilled load is earned revenue not yet collected, and old ones risk never being billed.

Common causes:

Measure the count, value and age of unbilled loads weekly, and report days from delivery to invoice. A reconciliation key such as trip or waybill number is needed on both sides.
