How does Zansa handle time zone differences with clients in other countries?

Zansa works remotely from South Africa, which sits in a time zone that overlaps reasonably with Europe and partly with other regions. Because the work needs only about an hour a week from the client, scheduling is usually handled by agreeing a fixed weekly slot that suits both sides.

Much of the work is asynchronous: findings, questions and documentation are shared in writing so that nobody has to wait for a live call. A short weekly session with the people who know where the numbers come from covers the rest.

If your team is in a distant time zone, mention it on the intro call so the schedule can be planned around it.
