Does Zansa use AI tools on my business or customer data?
No, not without written approval. AI tools used by Zansa for writing code never receive personal or client-identifiable data. Zansa does not use AI on client data unless the client approves it in writing, and any machine-learning models run inside the client's own cloud account.
This separates two uses of AI. Helping a developer write code is different from feeding your records to a model. The first is done without your personal or identifiable data; the second only happens with your written agreement.
Forecasting models are trained and run in your own account, so your data stays in your environment. If you have strict rules on AI use, state them on the intro call.
